Surveys no longer accessible via the website
We've had several questions come into our helpdesk recently stating that you are unable to access your recent surveys you’ve been invited to via the website. As we are using a new set-up the surveys can now only be accessed via the survey invitations you receive directly to your e-mail inbox associated with your Your Voice account. If you need to re-access the survey you will also need to do this from the survey invitation email, so please make sure you keep it until you have completed the survey. In order to do this simply click on the ‘Start survey’ button again.
